Julie designs easy to understand and easy to explain job evaluation plans and guides you through the implementation process including communication to employees.

We design, develop, and implement custom point factor or job family job evaluation plans to suit your organization’s present and future needs. The plans reflect your values and what is important to you as an organization. We hold workshops for employees on how to write job descriptions, train evaluators, facilitate the evaluation process, draft overall hierarchies for approval, and help with documentation of the processes. We provide as much assistance as needed from planning to implementation and documentation. We love job evaluation! (Yes, we know some people may find that strange!)
