High-performing local governments have strength in the five pillars of excellence. Drive OD provides an assessment of how your organization is delivering on the components of each pillar and works with you develop and implement actions to address the results.

It is our belief and experience there are common, fundamental features of top performing local governments. Through our experience working in and for local government, we have adapted the model created by Excellence Canada to better fit our local government environment. We capture quantitative and qualitative data on how a local government is performing on the fundamental features and we help the organization build action plans to close gaps in performance.
